CARTOOL -Releases
A summary of the changelog of the various releases of Cartool.
2022-12-06 Cartool64 build 7608:
- Changed the Inverse Matrices dialog layout:
- In the MRI box, there is an additional entry for a Segmented Tissues file. This optional file should label all the tissues from the full head, and if provided, can be used in the Lead Field box. The MNI asymmetric 2009c tissues file is provided in the “MNI Kit”, available from the Download page.
- The Lead Field box has been slightly revamped, and the Presets simplified. A new option is now available: either using the T1 MRI to estimate the various tissues, or using the provided Segmented Tissues file (c.f. first point). The T1 MRI option is how Cartool used to estimate the tissues, it is quite robust even for patients. The second option, using the Tissues file, is the last addition and is recommended for its improved accuracy. Of course, if the segmented tissues file does not exist, you will have to resort to the T1 MRI option anyway…
- Creating ROIs from solution points has been updated to work with the AAL3v1 version of the AAL.
- The following Help topics have been updated:
- Creating Inverse Matrices
- ROIs computation
- Coregistration of electrodes
2022-10-18 Cartool64 build 7573:
- Important fix when computing the Grey Matter mask from a brain. Masks were too thin for proper solution points extraction.
- When computing Solution Points, it is now possible to specify a resolution in [mm] instead of the number of points.
2022-10-14 Cartool64 build 7561:
- Bumped the now official release to 4.10
- Added the use of scroller wheel in tracks display to move up and down.
- Control + scroller wheel will zoom in and out by default in all windows. For tracks, it will zoom into the data.
- Boosting the Tracks Interpolation when interpolation tracks and downsampling the number of electrodes.
- Inverse Matrix computation: changed the subject vs template presets.
- New splash screen to celebrate the 64bit version!
- Fitting output used to badly renumber the input files, changing the original numbering that could exist. Fixed so that the output matches the input.
